My wife and I recently returned to the SE metro area from a posting overseas. Joanne was VERY available for us, especially given the time difference. We were able to view twenty or so properties via the internet, and schedule three viewings with her - also remotely. We ultimately put in an offer on one of the viewed houses without ever physically seeing the house - which was nerve wracking. Joanne got us through the firestorm, and helped us get into a great house.

We hired Joanne to find us a rental property while we were living overseas. She was absolutely incredible!! We could not be here in person, so the fact that she provided honest feedback as we video chatted and walked through every home was so important to us!
