Welcome! I’m Joanne, a dedicated real estate professional who is firmly planted in the heart of Colorado. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside my clients through some of the biggest moves of their lives, from the first offer on a starter home to the final walkthrough on the house they raised their kids in. My journey in real estate began out of a passion for helping people find their dream homes—a venture that continues to be both endlessly rewarding and ever-challenging.

I grew up in New Hampshire, earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Maine, and have lived in many cities across this gorgeous continent... Arlington, Virginia; Vail, Colorado; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Toronto, Ontario, to name a few. Colorado kept calling me though, and I knew this was where I needed to land. After more than a quarter-century in Colorado, I’m honored to serve as your guide if you're relocating here—and equally honored to represent your interests in real estate if you already call this state home.
